Straight answers before you upload
What kind of image can I upload?
Choose a JPEG, PNG, or WebP photo or screenshot up to 25MB and 64 megapixels. The browser checks the image and compresses it below 4MB before upload. HEIC, GIF, and animated images are not supported; export a JPEG or use a screenshot instead.
Will it find the exact item in my photo?
It searches for visually matching product pages, but an exact match is not guaranteed. Results are labelled so you can distinguish stronger matches from similar items. If no usable matches are found, we show that honestly.
What happens when price or supplier data is unavailable?
The report keeps unavailable evidence visibly unavailable. It does not turn a missing price into zero or display a supplier lead as found without a usable destination link.
Can I buy the item through VisualProof?
VisualProof is a search and research tool, not the seller. Follow a product link to visit the store. Check its current price, size, stock, shipping, return policy, and reputation before making a purchase.
What is included in the free plan?
The current free plan includes two scans every 24 hours, the top three matching-product previews, the uploaded-image preview, and a basic saturation verdict. Locked evidence remains clearly marked.
Can I save and export reports?
Premium users can save product research reports and export supported report evidence as CSV. Saved reports reopen through the account dashboard without silently running a new analysis.
